Day 101 .. day 8 of Turbo Jam
Back to the 20 minute workout and Ab Jam this morning... It's amazing how much sweat you can rid yourself of during a workout. I think it's getting a little easier than two days ago.. fingers are crossed!!!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Cereal and Milk (4 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chef Boyardee mini ravioli (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
