Day 99 .. day 6 of Turbo Jam
This morning I did 20 minute workout and Ab Jam..... holy crap, was Ab Jam hard... even watching Rob do it in the evening hurt . I'd never even thought of punching while in the crunch position... I don't know if Chalene is a genius, or a masochist ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Shepherd's Pie (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Orange Roughy and Mandarin Oranges (6 pts total)
Total: 20 points
