Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Breakfast muesli (3 pts)
Lunch: Campbell's Chicken Cacciatore Soup (3 points) crackers (2 points)
Dinner: Roasted Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Total: 20 pts.
