Day 103 ... day 10 of Turbo Jam
Workout today was : 20 Minute Workout and Ab Jam and a chaser of half an hour on the elliptical machine, with a heart rate monitor.. I had it at almost 169 beats per minute at the peak of my exercising and burned 201 calories!!
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Cereal and Milk (4 points)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chef Boyardee (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Total: 19 points
