Day 128 .. Day 36 of Turbo Jam

I was not paying much attention when I woke up this morning, as I did Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam for the second day in a row !! LOL Rob pointed out that it wasn't that bad a mistake to make. It just means that I am back to Cardio Party 1 tomorrow.

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), mandarin oranges (2 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Stew (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Pizza (5 pts)
Total: 19 pts.
