Day 115... Day 22 of Turbo Jam
So sleepy this morning, but I had to get in gear for Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. I was able to make it through the entire workout with 3 pound weights today, but my arms are still a little tight this afternoon. I have to tell myself it's a good hurt ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Wowey Maui Chicken (6 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), mandarin oranges (2 pts)
Dinner: Pizza (4 pts)
Total: 18 pts
