Day 126 .. Day 34 of Turbo Jam
After a day of gluttony yesterday, it was back on the wagon again today. I worke out late this afternoon, deciding to do Cardio Party 1. I also decided to stick to the lowest range of my food points for the day, as I know that I went wildly over them yesterday, with a pasta lunch, chips and dip, caesar salad and cookies.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Bagel with light cream cheese (7 pts)
Lunch: Kickin' Chicken Pizza (5 pts)
Snack: Pomegranate (2 pts)
Dinner: 2 Cheese strings (4 pts)
Total: 18 pts.
