Day 49 ....
Why do I feel like the day after a cheat day??? That feeling doesn't seem to ever go away, week after week. I think that my conscious is guilty over my cheat day.
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Bagel with light cream cheese (7 pts)
Lunch: Leftover Wacky Teryaki (6 pts)
Dinner: Shake (5 pts)
Total: 18 pts.
