Day 105 ... day 12 of Turbo Jam
Cardio Party was the workout of the day, and I burned 234 calories.. not as much as Robbie but if you measure drops of sweat, we might be close ;) I was still horribly unocoordinated during the kicking and squatting segment, but not as bad in the second round of the kicking segment. I just have to keep trying, and eventually, it will sink in :)
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Cereal and Milk (4 points)
Lunch: 6" roasted chicken sub (7 pts)
Dinner: Grilled Rainbow Trout (9 pts)
Total: 21 points
