Day 129.. Day 37 of Turbo Jam
Had a nice, strong workout this morning, doing Cardio Party 1 (before the disk died). Had to push myself this morning, as I felt big and puffy like a walrus.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Sushi (6 pts)
Total: 20 points.
