Day 8 of 10
Class was awesome tonight, and I was able to eliminate 520 calories.. yee ha!! Monday always feels like such a long day, and I think it's because it's the first day back at work for the week, and I have a wicked class at night.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Power Crunch bar (4 pts)
Snack - 2 fig bars (blue menu) (2 pts)
Lunch: Curry chicken and veggies (6 pts)
Snack: Kiwis (1 pt)
Dinner: 2 packets of instant oatmeal (4 pts), small serving of applesauce I found in my desk (1.5 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts
Water: chugged a total of 4 litres.
