Day 8


Why, oh why, did I have such bad food on Sunday?? I think that my insides have decided to rebel against my outsides. To make matters even more fun, having horrible food provided me with almost no stored energy, so my workout felt like crap. ANd then I got to go to the dentist! All in all, it was a perfect day ;)

Food I consumed:
Breakfast: Protein Shake ( 5 pts)
Snack : Muesli (3 points)
Lunch: Greek Chicken and Pasta (7.5 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice ( 5 pts)

Total: 20.5 points
