Day 50... I do not like Mondays...
Mondays suck. I wish that the week began on a Tuesday. That would be nice!! Rob is starting to work midnights all week, and I am stuck working 12-9 today and tomorrow. I am trying to keep my food schedule as normal as possible, as I still have the rest of the week to watch out for. My workout was good this morning, considering I feel like I'm totally backwards ;)
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Stirfry (6 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), cheese (2 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Soup (3 pts)
Total: 20.5 pts.
