Day 106.. Day 13 of Turbo Jam
**YAWN** I was quite tired this morning, but I made myself bust through 20 minute workout and Ab Jam. I forgot to put the heart rate monitor on (can I blame that on being Monday?) .. I'll try to remember tomorrow!! I might go onto the elliptical tonight, we'll see how I feel after work.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Back to Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Righteous Red Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 19 pts
