Day 130.. Day 38 of Turbo Jam

I had a very awkward workout this morning, as I was doing the routines backwards in my living room, because the DVD player had died, and I used Rob's laptop for Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam. I can't wait until we get a new player (hopefully this aft!!)

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Pomegrenate Seeds (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Pomegrenate Seeds (1 pt)
Dinner: Sushi (6 pts)
Total: 20 points.
