Day 131.. Day 39 of Turbo Jam
YAY! YAY!!! The DVD player works now, because we have a beautiful LG DVD player. It makes working out SO much easier!!! Cardio Party 1 was the workout that I did this morning, and I really tried to concentrate on form, so I could get the best workout in before weighing in.
I was tempted brutally today though, because at Beer Cart, they were serving Nachos with salsa and sour cream, and quesadillas..... I wanted them real bad.. but I abstained. Yay for me ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Pomegrenate Seeds (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Snack: Pomegrenate Seeds (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 18 points.
