Day 157....
This morning I worked out to Cardio Jam, but only made it through 26 minutes worth, because of a sore back. I was able to burn 163 calories, but I accidentally reset the heart rate monitor... eeks. I will probably do the Power Half Hour stretch tonight and go for a soak in the hot tub.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal and milk (4 pts)
Snack: Celery (0 pts), applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken sub from subway (7 pts)
Snack: Pomegranate seeds (1 pt)
Dinner: 1 egg and 2 slices of Turkey Bacon (4 pts)
Total: 17 points.
