Day 141... Day 49 of Turbo Jam

Manic Monday... last week of work and workouts until Christmas.. pounded through Cardio Party 1 this morning, as I want to get off to a good week this week. I know it will be hard, but I have to keep trying.


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Dinner: Chicken Pizza (5 pts)
Total: 18 pts
