Day 144... Day 52 of Turbo Jam
I did the dumbest thing ever this morning.. got up like usual, worked out to Turbo Sculpt and Ab Jam, went to work for 8:30, and at 9 am realized... you're supposed to be working from 12 pm to 9 pm today!!!!! IDIOT!!! (said in a Napoleon Dynamite voice)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chef Boyardee (8 pts)
Snack: Half of a Pomegranate (1 pt)
Dinner: Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Total : 20 points
