Day 260 Manic Monday..

Back to the grind today.... had the weekend off for family visits, where we had two Easter dinners and no workouts scheduled. Back to the routine today, and I will workout once I get home tonight!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Snack: Apple Cinnamon rice cakes (2 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Carrots and Dip (2 pts)
Dinner: Soup and 2 pieces of caraway bread (4 pts)
Total: 19 points
