Day 9 of 10
I'm sleepy right now, so I might make a typo or two. ;) I had the afternoon off, and had the joy of going to the dentist... I also got some cleaning done in the apartment (I accomplished something good!) .
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Power Crunch bar (4 pts)
Lunch: Brown Rice Sushi (8 pts)
Snack: Kiwis (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Water: finishing up 4 litres.

hi, i was just wondering where you're taking turbo kick classes? i found your site through googling for turbo classes in toronto, and am pretty excited to hear that one exists! congrats on all your progress by the way, it's very inspiring!
