Day 9... the saga continues..
Not too much has been interesting today. I did my cardio workout today ( I don't think that I will ever be fast feet though) .. and am have stopped hating the jumping jacks. I can't say yet that I have grown to love them, but perhaps I can eventually stop groaning in frustration when their turn on the routine comes up. I'm doing much better than I was this time last week, and every week from now I will get stronger and faster. Can't wait for the future :)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast : Muesli and one banana (7 points)
Lunch: Wowie Maui Chicken (6.5 points)
Dinner: 6 inch roasted chicken sub (7 points)
Total: 20.5 points.
