Day 51...
My world feels like it is backwards, because I am working 12-9 pm, not 8:30-5:30 pm . I tried to keep my routine "normal", so that I didn't get tempted to blow my diet today. Here's to hoping that this affects the scale on Saturday!! :)
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Stirfry (6 pts)
Snack: Cheese (2 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Soup (3 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts.
