Day 64..
I was so sick today.... so sick that I didn't go to work . I still worked out, but only ended up eating twice today. Not really a good idea, but what can you do when you are sick..
What I had to eat:
Lunch: Rigatoni : 8 pts
Dinner: Large Wendy's Chili with crackers: 8 pts.
Total: 16 pts. :(
