Day 57 .. almost at 2 month mark!! YAY!!
Holy crap was I exhausted this morning. Not enough sleep makes Heather a very grumpy person. Rob was getting ready to go to training when I was working out, so he was like a little worker bee in my background. BZZZZZ BZZZZZ
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: 2 Sandwiches (4 pts)
Snack: V8 and cheese (3.5 pts total)
Dinner: Tim Horton's Tuna Sandwich (8 pts)
Total: 21.5 pts.
