Day 55 .. so far, so good!!
I can feel my muscles growing, even though I did not move on the scale this week. I really think that the idea of limiting my carbs after lunch is a good idea, as it sometimes seems to setle on my trouble areas anyway. Here's to another week of pushing hard and kicking butt!!
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Fiber1 cereal with milk (4 pts)
Snack: V8 (1.5 pts)
Lunch: Chicken SUb (7 pts)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (6 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts.
