Day 62 Numbers:
Weight: 154.5 - Net loss of 11 pounds
Waist (at bellybutton): 31 – Net loss of 2”
Hips (at hipbone): 37.5 – Net loss of 11.5"!!
Chest (at nipples): 34.5 – Net loss of 3.5"
Left Thigh: 23.5 - Net loss of 1.5"
Right Thigh: 23.5 - Net loss of 1.5"
Left Bicep: 11.5 – Net loss 1.5 "
Right Bicep: 11.5 – Net loss of 1.5 "
Neck: 12 - Net loss of 1.5"
SUMMARY : NET LOSS OF 11 POUNDS, NET LOSS OF 24.5 INCHES!!!

Well, I did it. 2 months down, one month to go, and I even had a cold at the end of this round of Power 90. I did not break my workout routine, I did not mess up on my diet, and I'm working really hard to get the results that I know that I can achieve.

I'm surprised you've only lost 11 pounds - it really looks like you've lost more. And 11.5" off your hips!?! If only *I* had your willpower! Well good on ya! Ya look great!
