Day 58...
Much more awake and alert working out this morning than yesterday (thank goodness!!) Really tried to push myself through the ab workout as well. I had "Hurts So Good" by John Cougar Mellancamp going through my head ;)
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Worth every Penne pasta (7 pts)
Snack: Cheese, V8 (3.5 total)
Dinner: Subway Turkey Sub (5 pts)
Total: 21.5
