Day 54... Finally Friday!!!!!!
One day until weigh-in... hmmm.. if I breathe heavily, will that make me burn more calories? LOL I hope that my weigh-in goes well this week, I can't help but be nervous...
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Beef Ravioli (7 pts)
Snack: Cheese (2 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Catfish (6 pts)
Total: 22.5 pts.
