Feeling better, back into the swing of things... it's amazing how busy you can be at work when you are off sick one day..
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Lunch: Rigatoni (8 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Tuna Sandwich from Tim Horton's (7 pts)
Total: 22 pts.
