Day 66
Happy Hump Day.. it's Wednesday!!! Had a good workout this morning, really tried to do as many reps as possible on Swimmer's Press and Close Pushups... slowly getting stronger. YAY! I forgot to have koolaid and creatine though.. where was my brain this morning? LOL
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Lunch: Rigatoni (8 pts)
Snack: V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Red Tilapia (5 pts) fish filet
Total: 21.5 pts.
