Day 77
Rob is a jerk. He tried to hijack my blog and write dirty, perverted things in it. Well, he won't win, because I changed my password. So there, Rob :)
We did 2 workouts today.. cardio during Sculpt, and then another 35 minutes on the eliptical. I burned 275 calories during the eliptical workout.. how cool is that?
UPDATE: I worked out on the elliptical for 30 minutes, burned 275 calories.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast : Cereal (3 pts)
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich on rye bread (7 pts)
Snack: Banana (2 pts)
Dinner: Chicken Stew (5 pts), granola bar (3 pts)
Total: 20 pts.
