Day 72

The alarm clock went off this morning, and I could not drag myself out of bed to workout before I had to go to work. Throughout the day, I regretted my choice, but I had been so tired in the morning that I figured and extra 40 minutes of sleep would energize me. When I got home, I made sure that I worked out before I ate my dinner, and I tried to keep up with the Tony and the kids during the ab crunches. I didn't quite keep up with them, but I was close :)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Lunch: Roasted Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Tuna Sandwich (7 pts)

Total: 20 points
