Day 74

Yowza... woke up a little sore still... I did ok on my workout, til I got to the dreaded "kicking and Punching" segment of the workout. My back went into spasm in sync with my punching. Luckily, it was more annoying that uncomfortable, so I pushed past it :)


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Lunch: Roasted Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Jugo Juice (4 pts)
Total: 19 points
