..
one more sleep til weigh-in... had a good workout this am while Rob was still getting ready to go to work, even though I had a mountain of sleep in my eyes ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), raisins (2 pts)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: V8 (1.5 pts), cheese (2 pts)
Dinner: Cereal and milk (4 pts)
Total: 20.5 pts

I finally decided to get in here !! So stick to the workouts and get it done ! Next step is day 90 ! :D
