Day 71
Back in the swing of things... I was suprised that I didn't feel too much like ass this morning, as the day after cheat day usually feels like I have a "food hangover"
We had a strong workout at 12:00 pm today, and I was so hungry at the end of the workout, I think that my stomach was as loud as the soundtrack to the workout routine LOL
What I had to eat:
Breakfast: Special K Cereal and Milk (3 pts)
Snack: none
Lunch: Chef Boyardee beef Ravioli ( 8 pts), V8 (1.5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), Cheese (2 pts)
Dinner: Special K Cereal and Milk (3 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts
