It's so nice and warm out today, it's a shame to be cooped up inside working. Speaking of working out, I had a great session this am, where I really tried to crank it up a notch. BAM!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt), raisins (2 pts)
Lunch: Veggie Lasagna (5 pts)
Snack: V8 (1.5 pts), cheese (2 pts)
Dinner: Cereal and Milk (4 pts)
Total: 20.0 pts.
