Day 79
Well, getting into the homestretch now... at least I was more awake feeling this morning during the cardio workout. I really tried to kick some butt when I was doing the ab workout. Or rather, I tried to kick some ABS ;)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken Sub (7 pts)
Snack; Cheese (2 pts), raisins (1 pt)
Dinner: Italian Minestrone soup (4 pts)
Total: 20 points total
