Day 107.. Day 14 of Turbo Jam

I heart Cardio Party. The only good thing about the workout today was that I was able to do it this morning, as ROb and I went to a wake in the evening, and we got home pretty late. Poor Rob had to work out at night, and I applaud him for doing it.


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Back to Protein Shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Pizza (6 pts)
Snack: Raisins (2 pts)
Dinner: Half of a can of Mini Ravioli (4 pts) and mandarin oranges (2 pts)
Total: 20 points
