Day 133 ... Day 41 of Turbo Jam
URRGH.... why does 1 day of badness (yesterday), lead to such turmoil in my body today? It's like my insides don't like all the gloriously fattening foods I consumed with glee yesterday... only made it through 20 minutes of Cardio Party 1 before I had to pack it in.. still burned 320 calories though.. not too shabby..
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (4 pts)
Lunch: Beef Chili (7 pts)
Dinner: Tuna Salad from Tim Hortons (7 pts)
Total: 18 points.
