Day 162... long time no write!

I had a company event this weekend, and I ended up taking Saturday and Sunday off of my workout. I also had to weigh in early (Friday) and I am happy to say that I was down to 147.5 . Let's hope I wasn't that bad this weekend... the only bad thing I had was Vodka and Redbull ;)

I felt like a steamroller had done its worse to me this morning, and only did the 20 minute workout. I didn't do particularly well on it, so I think that I will probably hit the hay early tonight..

What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Frozen fruit protein shake (5 pts)
Snack: Applesauce (1 pt)
Lunch: Chicken sub from subway (7 pts)
Snack: Tea and more applesauce (1 pt)
Dinner: Minestrone Soup
Total: 18 points.
