Day 163... I'm still here!
Well, I was off to a better workout this am (got through all of Cardio Party -- much better than yesterday!!) but I may have broken my heart rate monitor. OOOOPS . I also was supposed to work from 12-9 today, but I forgot, and went into work for 8:30.. doh!!! let's hope the rest of the week gets better.
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Frozen fruit protein shake (5 pts)
Snack: None (cause I was napping)
Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (6 pts)
Snack: Pomegranate seeds (2 pts)
Dinner: Turkey Sub from Subway (5 pts)
Total: 18 points.
