Day 167... weigh in update... back to 147.5

I'm so close to my goal, so glad that I eliminated any badness due to last weekend's alcohol, non-diet food, lack of sleep and lack of proper hydration. I really worked on Cardio Party 1 this week, and I felt like I was doing really well, but as I chose not to weigh myself after Launch to see how badly I had sabotaged myself... Ignorance is bliss, right? ;) We had a massage this morning and are going to watch the Maple Leafs game tonight with friends.
