Day 282 Tuesday update
Today went well at work, and I worked out after eating dinner tonight. I forgot my heart rate monitor, so I can't log my calories burned... I will remember tomorrow!! :)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Teryaki (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (1 pt), 16 rice cakes (2 pts)
Dinner: Soup and bagel (7 pts total)
Total: 19 pts.
