Day 283 Wacky Wednesday

So, I was stuck working late shift today. I had to do some errands in the morning, and I didn't end up working out until almost 9 in the am. Here's my workout stats: length of workout: 56 min 26 sec, avg heart rate: 134 bpm, 366 calories burned. Yeeha, I am burning more this week... a slow start, but I'm on my way!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: rolled oats and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: Chicken Teryaki (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots and dip (2 pts)
Dinner: Soup and bagel (7 pts total)
Total: 20 pts.
