Day 353.. going to see SPAMALOT tonight :)
Had a great workout this morning, even cracked 500 calories burned!! I burned 508 calories in an hour, and I even stopped yawning fairly early in (well, it WAS a 6:30 am class) LOL. Robbie and I are having a late anniversary celebration by going to see Spamalot (the Monty Python and the Holy Grail musical... can't wait!!)
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal and applesauce (4 pts)
Lunch: Chili and rice (8.5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (1 pt)
Dinner: Chicken Teryaki (5 pts)
Total: 18.5 pts.
Water Drunk Today:
Morning: 2.0 litres
Afternoon: 2.0 litres.
