Day 318 Wacky Wednesday
Went for a run on the treadmill tonight, and my knee was really aggravated by the time that I finished. But, I was on there for 1 hour and 9 minutes, had a heart rate if 152 bpm, and burned 563 calories... YEE HA!!!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal (4 pts)
Snack: none
Lunch : Chicken Sub from Subway (7 pts)
Snack: Can of V8 (1.5 pts)
Dinner: Soup and bread (4 pts)
Total: 17.5 pts.
