Day 355 Finally Friday!
It's Friday, so we have Turbokick class tonight.. YAY!!! Can't wait to see how many calories I can burn today!
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (4 pts)
Snack: 2 Blue Menu low fat fig bars (2 pts for both)
Lunch: Chili and rice (8.5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (1 pt), mug of tea (black)
Dinner: Two packages of Wildberry Oatmeal (4 pts)
Total: 19.5 pts.
Water Drunk Today:
Morning: 2.0 litres
Afternoon: 2.0 litres.
Evening: 1.5 litres
Total: 5.5 litres
UPDATE:
At class tonight, I burned 602 calories and had an average heart rate of 170 beats per minute! I really pushed myself, and I threw up in my mouth a few times :)
