Day 356... happy weigh in day


I weighed in this morning at 152 pounds, down 2 pounds from last week, due to clean eating, good water intake, and kicking ass in my workouts this week. YAY!!! 2 pounds down, some more to go... I was also on the eliptical machine upstairs and burned 312 calories in less than half an hour!


What I had to eat today:

Breakfast: Fibre 1 cereal (4 pts)
Snack: Banana (2 pts)
Lunch: Cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry light cream cheese (7 pts)
Dinner: Part of a chickpea roti (10 pts)


Total: 23 pts.


Water Drunk Today:

Morning: 2.0 litres
Afternoon: 2.0 litres.
Evening: to be completed
