Day 359 Two workouts today Wednesday
Well, I really didn't want to wake up this morning, but once I got to class I perked up. I was able to record my workout through the heart rate monitor, and the results are below: 153 beats per minute and 504 calories burned total. Yippee!!!! Let's see how I do in tonight's class..
What I had to eat today:
Breakfast: Applesauce and oatmeal (4 pts)
Snack: 2 Fig bars (2 pts for both)
Lunch: Beef Teryaki (5 pts)
Snack: Carrots (2 pts), kiwis (1 pt)
Dinner: Two packages of oatmeal (4 pts)
Total: 18 pts.
Water Drunk Today:
Morning: 2.0 litres
Afternoon: 1.5 litres.
